I am small business owner myself and always try to support mom/pop-shops when I can. I went there and got absolute zero service, there was bunch of younger employees (3) all at register talking, 1 employee I asked question about boots and what style I am looking, the employee just disappeared. Once home came to find the boot had ripped leather, I know this most likely isn’t there fault but dreading having to take back. $300 for boots I would expect better service.

Couldn’t even be in the store, whoever was working Sunday 1/12 was smoking pot in the stock room near the children’s wear. It was disgusting and we won’t be back.

Cindy was wonderful! I haven’t experienced that level of customer service in a very long time and it was extremely refreshing. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and really cared about helping me find the right pair of boots. She was super sweet to my baby that was running around the store. I walked in confused and looking to buy boots off of recommendations from other co workers. She explained to me that everyone is different and she found the right pair for me and my feet. Thank you so much Cindy!!

I have had Great service at this establishment. People like Cindy are too hard to find in today’s workplace. The store is fully stocked with quality items..
Do not even consider buying online or from Amazon when there are still some great stores & people to deal with.
