Really never wanted to make this review. But after several complaints to the usps they have done nothing about it- I come to this post officer every week to drop off my packages for my business and without fail Chris/ Christine is absolutely SO RUDE for no reason. I assume because I bring a large amount of packages and that makes her angry to have to do her job. Never have a met a women with such rude customer service. Always making snarky remarks, all together just makes me feel so uncomfortable to come to this post office. I actually experience anxiety walking in knowing I’m going to be greeted with such hostility. I wish UsPS would properly train this associate to be more welcoming. It’s a shame that I have to deal with this each week. I understand some people are un happy but it doesn’t mean they should be able to treat customers poorly.

I sent an order to my friend but was unable to send it bc of the wrong address okay that’s fine, but why is my envelope busted ripped and dirty?? I was sending homemade press ons to my friend, mind you i fully secured the envelope like i always do so why was my package crushed??

Expecting an Amazon package that was out for delivery. We were home . I received a message from Amazon stating the package was undelivered as no one was home. Nonsense. Then later that day , there is a note in the mailbox box stating that I had to pick it up because my mailbox was full. This was a large package , wouldn't go into the box. Went to the post office , they said they wouldn't deliver it . It was in the back. I had to get it. So essentially he was too lazy to deliver the package , lied about it . So a young postal worker couldn't carry the package , but an elderly person can.

I feel like most people would only rate a post office if they had issues. But honestly, never had a problem. Everyone who works here has always been friendly and willing to help you.

I was a resident of Forked River for 42 and always received good customer service from the FR post office. Recently, after moving 35 miles away, I have had occasion to receive GREAT customer service. Twice, packages were mistakenly sent to my former FR address, and both times, calls placed 1hour before their opening at 9 am were answered, my packages retrieved from the delivery truck and our former delivery person, Robin. The post office held both packages until I was able to make the drive to pick them up. They have gone above and beyond. I will miss them and any new post office has a lot to live up to. Thank you, FR postal workers!

Between them breaking your packages the excessive lateness and not being able to update a Google posting to let you know they close at 1:00 instead of 4:00 I can't wait for Amazon prime to start doing their own shipping and put USPS back where they belong

I arrived at this post office on a Saturday and since it appeared on Google that it closed at 4pm, when I arrived I realized that the hours of operation are actually until 1pm. I hope that Google accepts my request to update the opening hours of this office and that others do not waste their time
