Had a bad experience at this location recently and called Wawa corporation about my terrible experience and their best response was to send me a 20.00 gift card for what happened. I used to go there every day for gas and buy gift cards at the holidays but I will never go there again based on how little they care about customer service.

By far the WORST Wawa I have ever been to. Deli sucks, waited 30 minutes for a mobile order that they never put on the pickup shelf and was just left sitting on the counter for who knows how long. This isn’t just a one off thing. Ever since the remodel they have gone down hill.

went to pump my gas at 7pm, only one other car at the pumps and gas attendant comes up to me after i had turned my car off to wait, to move up for a car behind me. all the other pumps were empty and he decided it was better to inconvenience me, a minority rather than a white women. pure racism.

a fraud. a price on the main sign on Route 9. with the price of regular gasoline $3.17 and in the pomp $3.23!!!!

There's a old lady there who works mornings at the register.. she ask everyone if they want to donate but if u tell her no she's gets annoyed n u can see it all over her face .. like if she gets commission for it smh it's weird..

Me and my boyfriend both ordered a breakfast burrito he order the veg fajita with egg whites added jalapenos and spinach forgot the fajita part of it there's no Peppers or onions just a ton of jalapenos. I ordered a ham and cheese with egg whites and salsa they forgot to add the cheese. Took them forever to finish both over 20 minutes to make them. They were ordered on the same order number but they made them at different times. So while mine was sitting there they made my boyfriend. Never ordering food there ever again

Skylar Hardy is one of the most incompetent workers at wawa. i’ve had her make my snack wrap 3 times and she’s messed it up every time. ELECTRIC CHAIR

Staff is horrible, supervisors Tim and Destiny don't make for me big bacon and cheese 1/4 lb.hot dog ,they said no ingredients and price for that hod dog,we don't make them, but others wawa make them. Jus lazy workers and nasty. No business for that Wawa.

We just stopped in to get some gas and went in to get some water and juice. It was a quick stop and now on to Whole Foods!!!. We didn't eat nothing, just drinks and back on the road!!!

The staff is very friendly. Coffee is always fresh, staff will make a flavor of it's not available.

Now I normally don't write reviews because I'm always satisfied with my service (which is a good thing) but tonight I ordered food and politely asked one of the deli workers to add the sour cream to my burrito and my quesadilla, sense its more convenient.(BECAUSE ITS ALREADY UNWRAPPED) and she rudely said NO. Like what? I mean I guess ill do it myself at home. I am a bigboy, but over all I'm very disappointed because it was never an issue in the past they done it multiple times for me. I'm a normal basically everyday customer, ill start writing good reviews from here on out. I hope your customer service gets alittle better after this.

Wawa is always convenient and always clean. The workers here are very professional and friendly. The food and coffee here are awesome.
