“I recently had a very important matter to take care of at the Andover Branch on a Saturday. I was warmly greeted by Jordan Velez. I explained the urgency of my needs and Jordan jumped right into action. Jordan explored every way he could help me. Didn’t work out as it was Saturday and every department is not available on Saturday. However, he emailed the department so they would see the request Monday morning.
Jordan explained his next course of action to me and said he would follow up. First thing Monday morning Jordan called me, updated me, and I had the information I needed before the end of the day!!

“Exceptional service. I came in with two babies under 2 after a incredibly rough morning, and the two women in here literally made my morning better. The women/ bank tellers were so kind and informative, they showed me things about the Wellsfargo app I had no idea. They showed me how to order a replacement card and have it be updated in my tap to pay instantly. They informed me I could use tap to open the door for the bank, this was after one of them talked to my girls while the other helps me with my withdrawal. They were simply kind and very informative but it made my morning exceptionally better.”

“TL:DR - David was awesome, helpful, and insightful. Their network hub and add-on employees, not so much.Since it was lunch time, this branch was pretty busy. I stood in line for around 10 minutes, which in the long run, isn't bad. Folks being helped at desks nearby were getting the usual bank spiels, and others on the line were doing more average things like deposits, cashing checks, etc.David was working solo at the bank teller window, and doing a fantastic job. It was obvious he skipped lunch to help us, but he was bright, helpful, and moving things along smoothly. Another employee emerged from the break area, and tried to help some folks on the line with her tablet device - which was when she discovered their network was down. The other employees nearby (who said it might be because they don't work at this branch, either) were having the same problems, so everyone at the desks had to join the one line for the one bank teller window. Just, yikes.When it was my turn, David got me squared away with the Cashier's Checks I needed quickly, precisely, and kindly. It seemed like he was the only one on home turf there - I wonder what happened to the others who usually work there? In any case, if you go here, ask for David. And don't waste your time going to the desks.”
