Love shopping here for my fur baby. The ladies who work there are so friendly and helpful. Have healthy and natural snacks for dogs and cats and will special order foods for you. Customer service is top notch!

Used to come here couple years back from Fair Lawn until local dog store started carrying more holistic products.Roam and Steve's Raw were our main purchases but we loved the treat bar and the little dog park/relief area in the back is very appreciated!Still stop in when I'm in the area!

Oh my god, what an awesome store. I met Mordecai, the resident black cat, and he was so handsome and friendly. Lots of pets and kisses and followed us around the store. They carry top brands of dog and cat food and I am so happy I have a local place I can get Zignature from! Awesome quality products from dog harnesses and leashes to cat trees and toys. I love all their birthday products for pets. I will be stopping by here regularly.

I recently stopped in for the first time. This is a beautiful store. It is well stocked. The staff are very helpful and friendly. My puppy loved visiting. He got a new harness and treats. A lovely staff member helped me to adjust the harness to find the best fit. We found our new favorite pet supply store!!

Will not be shopping here ever again. I went in about 2 weeks ago and was waited on by a very nice woman who told me it was okay to return the dog food I was buying if my dog got sick or didn't like it, as long as I had half of the bag left. I went back today after my dog had a bad episode last night of diarrhea with blood in it to return the bag with over half left and get something different. I was waited on by the most unpleasant woman I have encountered in sometime, she was rude and condescending. The way she spoke to me and the tone she spoke in was much to be desired. She worked Friday morning, so if her boss reads this I'm hoping he/she does something about her.
