They gave me a pretty reasonable estimate for a full brake workup and still managed to come under the estimate given. They don't give you the run around like other mechanics. They tell you what needs fixing now and what can wait. On top of that they don't go adding additional stuff you really didn't need, only what the problem was. “Just picked up my car and am so pleased! I hit a blown tire on my way to NJ coming home from Maine to visit family, and my entire front end was messed up. Town 2 were so great throughout the entire process, they went out of their way to make sure I was able to get my car towed up into the shop before the holiday weekend so I wouldn't be stuck without a car in NJ for more than I needed to. They called me with updates along the way (took about 2 weeks to fix because of all the parts that needed to be ordered, replaced, and then painting the new front bumper) and were very patient and kind. They finished the car earlier than the estimated finish date, which I am sooo happy about! Everyone was friendly when I picked up the car, and the car was washed and cleaner than when I left it with them.
