“I sent my mom here to pick up a uhaul trailer. I was worried she would have a hard time connecting it. The staff was super helpful. Make sure everything was safe and went to extra mile and even looked at her vehicle to make sure it was roadworthy. If you need body work or a u haul this is the best place in sussex new jersey”

“E&L Towing is wonderful. Cody and Ed came all the way out to Sparta to drop a plow off of an elderly man’s jeep so he could have it towed by AAA. They were kind and compassionate with the elderly gentleman and went out of their way to position the jeep on the property so that AAA would be able pick it up easily. It was something that they didn’t have to do, but they took the time and patience to do it for the customer. On top of that they didn’t charge the elderly man. We couldn’t have found two nicer guys to help us. I HIGHLY recommend them! A+”

“My husband was in a car accident. Our car was towed here. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm smile from Wendy at their front desk. Tom went out of his way to not only quell our anxiety; but thoughtfully on our behalf took the initiative and engaged with our insurance company who were talking in circles, changing “their” story and trying to have us release our car as “totaled” when it hadn’t even been looked at. In my opinion car insurance is like health insurance. They can care less about the person on the other line and what and how they are feeling, the sadness and apprehension, the “what now,” and the new bill to an unexpected life’s event. Town II does understand all this and some and their going out of their way for us means so much. THANK YOU KINDLY! We are sincerely grateful.”
“I'm surprised by all the bad reviews.I had a check engine light that I could not get rid of. Went to 2 other shops in the area and no one was able to fix the eval leak issue I was having. I was in a bind because I needed to get my car inspected.Sean could not be more professional. He was very upfront about the cost and what he needed to fix the issue. He even showed me the error code on his computerPrice was very fair for the work he did. I would totally use him again”

“jeff is the BEST mechanic and shop owner. i have used his services for probably about 7 years for a number of cars and recommended him to others who had good experiences. i go to jeff for everything. jeff actually cares about his customers. whether it's because he just loves talking about my car issues or he's genuinely a good guy - who knows .. jeff doesn't go the figurative extra mile for his customers, but goes the extra hundred miles. i can't even count the number of times he's been an awesome help. he's made all the difference with guidance and peace of mind in few bad pickles i've found myself in. 10 stars out of 5. to all of you that left reviews about the gas prices (which are most of the 1 star reviews) - can you not read? the gas prices are on the sign and pumps. if you don't want to pay that-go 7 mins in any direction and you'll find a station with prices that will soothe your irritability.”
