I have been attending Yoga classes and extra programs at With Intentions since they opened. I never felt really comfortable at Yoga studios until I started there. It is such a wonderful space and the people, both the teachers and the clients, are warm and caring. Erica and Andrea have the most wonderful classes and even the most novice of yogis can find a sense of accomplishment in their classes.

Jonathan is an absolute gem! I attend his sound healing meditation. He creates a space that is relaxing, comfortable and safe. I feel amazing after a week of stress.

Jonathan and Regina are absolutely amazing if you could ever make it to one of their Reiki singing bowl classes I highly recommend. Coming here week after a week for the singing bowl classes has really helped me staying grounded and unlocking new codes of life. You definitely want to get there early to find a parking spot on a Friday night.. cute earrings and tapestries they provide everything you need so come empty handed or bring your own pillow to slip deep into meditation.

I am so grateful to have found With Intentions Holistic Center. Jonathan and Regina have created a space that is so welcoming and inclusive and creative and comfortable. I came for the sound healing and energy work and it is top quality. But I have also found a beautiful community of people who prioritize their inner peace as much as I do. And everyone I meet there feels so warm and generous. And that makes sense since Jonathan and Regina are both so warm and generous. I enthusiastically recommend!!!

Fantastic space for experienced or beginner yoga. Also offer many other amazing classes, sessions and ceremonies like song bowls, art, reiki and improv. Lots of healing happens here ❤️

I experienced a profound healing experience during a reiki session with Jonathan, which sparked my interest in reiki training. I graduated from both Usui Holy Fire I and II courses and chose to book my Reiki III as a private lesson. The one on one experience was incredible. Jonathan is a powerful healer, experienced teacher and knowledgeable in a myriad of holistic modalities. If you feel compelled at all to experience it for yourself I couldn’t recommend a better teacher or reiki practitioner.Also, checkout the art gallery there! Regina is an incredible curator and amazing artist herself. I’ve had the honor of attending several opening receptions and thoughtful artist roundtables here. Support local artists and stop by the gallery!
