By far the best interaction I ever had in a video game store. All the staff are amazing! Great customer service. I will be coming back in the future! Thank you for all the goodies and the fair trade.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They aren't pushy with trying to oversell items, they talk to you as if you are a well established friend, not just a customer. It's welcomed to see as customer service at other stores is non existent. These employees are top notch and deserve to be acknowledged for that.
