“I can not express how much I love this pharmacy! They’re always so nice and know me by name when I walk in. Also the apply coupons for some prescriptions I get and sometimes makes it a $0 copay for me without me knowing about the coupon. They offer free delivery services also for those who may not be able to get there. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone they go above and beyond for their customers. If your thinking of switching stop thinking and DO IT you will not be disappointed!!!!”

“This was my first time using Schrafts and had issues with preauthorization from another company. Given the time sensitivity to the medication I needed, I was growing more concerned on if receive it in time. In the 11th hour, Ruqaiyah came to the rescue, provided options on how I could get my medication in time. Ruqaiyah went above and beyond, and ensured my medication would be sent that evening, even though the window for order fulfillment was quickly closing. “The pharmacist at this site has the utmost customer service. I was dealing with some insurance cost/pricing issues and called to help get clarification and just some general guidance. The pharmacist went above and beyond and told me that they will help me figure this out and I know they truly meant that - they even offered to hop on a 3-way call with me and my insurance to get everything straightened out! I know time is valuable for everyone so even the offer was so appreciated. When i got my prescription, they even applied a coupon to my copay to make it $0. I do not find that kind of service in many places and am thankful. The kindness and compassion is 10/10 and their pharmacy service is 10/10. Truly I am so thankful and would recommend this pharmacist to anyone.”

“The managers of this CVS are fantastic. They know it all. No matter what I go in for they can point me to it in seconds. I went in for last minute Valentines gifts and some necessities. The young girl Ashley said hello the minute I walked through the door and walked me right to some of the items I needed. Another young girl asked me if I needed help grabbing my wife’s makeup. Two more workers asked me if I needed help later on. Each time everyone was friendly and helpful without being pushy or hovering. It was a great shopping experience all around. I’ll be back to visit. Stores like this deserve my loyalty and money.”

“After suffering through many pick-up issus with the largest pharmacy chain in our area, I came to Morris Plains Pharmacy. We were willing to pay more for better service, and we got it. Surprisingly, it was LESS expensive, and significantly so.
Now I understand that the large pharma, and insurance companies are in kahoots. Take a look at your pharmacy, and make sure that you are getting the best price for your perscription, and not the one on which your pharmacy makes the biggest profit.”

“This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Their efficiency, kindness, helpfulness is beyond what you would expect. I live 2 blocks from CVS and 3 blocks from Walgreens and although it takes me approximately 28 minutes to get there I can get my prescriptions filled quicker than if I went to either of the 2 pharmacies I mentioned. Even if you are bringing in a new prescription and you hand it over it’s filled before your finished saying hello to the other employees. There’s so many great things I can say about them and they carry everything. Besides medications they have walkers, wheelchairs, crutches etc and if by some chance they don’t have what you’re looking for they can order it and have it the next day. Absolutely fabulous!”
