I've been working with Robert at Phase 2 for 5+ years and they are awesome. They are very reliable and provide excellent customer service. Also, he is very knowledgeable and provides good pricing on his services. I highly recommend Robert and Phase 2 for all heating and AC needs.

One of wrost experience choosing Robert Griles as technician. Misdiagnosed the problem, then charged twice one time for heating and second time for cooling without fix. He took 3 visits to look Robert came on 4th time and told me whatever he did during 3rd visit was not a fix so he reverted all the changes. And now systems are not working again.This guy cannot be trusted. He will come with one trainee resource who is learning. They Portray her as 5 star technician. I have asked for their 5 star technician license. No response. They never provide any statement of work and Invoice when charging money. Lack of knowledge. Never hire!

Phase II came to service our hvac based on a recall from Goodman. Robert came and updated the board and rewired it incorrectly. My Ac was wired to W ( call for heat)and everytime heating was on AC would run making my system inefficient and unable to reach desired temperature. My bypass humidifier was wired to Y ( call for AC) and was not running when heating was on. I had spent lot to get this fixed . Would never recommend phase II development to anyone because of thier poor quality of service and lack of knowledge.Service: Heating system maintenance
