“My mom and I have been using this shop for years. Have never had a problem. Fixed right the first time. Always honest about what actually needs to be done, what can wait, ways to move forward to save money or depending on my wants. They’ve been extremely flexible when I’ve had the parts already or if I did some of the job myself. They’ve driven my mother to and from work when she’s dropped her car off and the times the repairs took more than that single day, they gave her a loaner when requested. I honestly can’t think of a single negative about this place. I think we all know how important it is to have a private,non-dealer mechanic that we can trust to be honest and do quality work that they stand behind. I’m extremely picky when it comes to who I choose to work on my families vehicles. Before moving to this area a decade ago I used the same mechanic for 20 years and I’m glad we found a new one! “Xpress lube has been my go to place for oil changes, as well as a full service. They have been nothing but amazing. In the past year they have been the first and only people on multiple occasions that has been able to help me with car issues. I have taken my vehicle to the mechanics so many times and they have told me nothing is wrong with my car when their clearly was. They suggested oil changes (Like that would help, WHAT????!!!!) Well while getting my oil changed, Xpress Lube was able to easily look and tell me what was wrong with me car within minutes. Each time, they were right on the money. A massive oil leak in my car, a blown differential, and many more problems. They cared enough to take pictures of the problems for me and explain what I was looking at LOL... Sure enough I take my car back to the shop, tell them what was shown to me and OH MAGICALLY they were able to find the issue!!!! I called Jiffy Lube and they said bring it in. There was NO wait. They took my car right in and even brought my carbon filter out so I can see how NASTY it was.
