Initially telephoned them Friday a.m., Sept. 16th to make reservation to pick up a 15 pass van Monday the 19th.. Rep/presumed Mgr. told me and quote: "I have no idea about Monday, call me on Sunday, it's $210 a day", nothing else. So I called Sunday (now texting) and Mgr. again quoted $210 a day (seems money is all he cares about and divulges up front) and yes, to let him know what time I would come in on Monday, Sept. 19th to collect the van. While in the immediate area on Monday @ about 11am I stopped in the business to introduce myself and told the male rep that I would be back at 4pm to collect the van. I followed up with text that was I "all-in" w/$210 to include tax, and insurance? I advised I would pay cash or debit card, whichever. At 11:54am I received return text and quote: "I need a credit card and collision coverage on a personal vehicle".Ladies n Gentleman, I pay for everything in cash or debit card and do not possess a credit card. I rent ALL THE TIME from U-Haul and Enterprise to name a few, and debit card always accepted even with a $300 - $500 security deposit, no problem. And of course, I have a valid and "mint" NJDL. Moreover, I own outright three (3) personal vehicles and because of the age of same, I opt not to carry COLLISION on either vehicle. Why? Because it's simply and mathematically not worth it! I carry NJ Liability Insurance as required by State Law.Moral of Story? On two (2) separate occasions and a wasted four (4) day period, I was erroneously and grossly mislead by ARIZ and it's rental policy. Ariz reply and quote: "sorry we try to make everyone happy it's impossible sometimes". Question: What is impossible about telling the Customer IN ADVANCE that said company requires w/out exception:A. a valid driver's license (of course, dah!)B. a valid CREDIT CARD (NO CASH, NO DEBIT CARD)C. proof of YOUR OWN Collision Coverage on YOUR vehicle!D. and oh yeah, $210 a day, but we already told you that 2X!Regards,DISGRACE.p.s. when will Google start offering Negative - Stars??? I want in!

If less then 1 star was available I would put it. Service is very poor. 2 they charge more then what they say they will don’t recommend to rent from here. 3 the cars have no brakes and refuse to swap cars and charge more

No reservations, an unprofessional poorly managed business and a salty boss as you can see I have used them before and I would understand why this guy is trying to laugh it off its worth paying more for better service and valuable customer service!!
