My wife and I just recently purchased our daughter her 1st car from here. I will say Brett, the owner, really has some Quality Used cars on his lot. We found the perfect little car here and it wasn’t over priced. The car runs beautifully and interior is immaculate. I will be recommending Auto Headquarters, Lakewood to my friends. ??

ABSOLUTELY the worst place to buy a used car. DO NOT buy a vehicle from here. Within a week of buying a car for 10k numerous issues occurred. Over 6k was needed to fix car. The warranty they offer is useless. The owner offers no help and actually hung up on me. We have a current lawsuit in the works. Do yourself a favor and steer very far away from here.

Needed a car pretty quick and within a budget. Looked at a few places and saw a few options at Auto Headquarters on the Carfax website. John was very professional, answered all of our questions, was honest and upfront regarding service and what the dealership can provide and help out with if we purchase. He gave us our time and space to discuss things. We decided to make a vehicle purchase for what we felt was a fair price, and below KBB value, we are very happy with the decision. Would definitely go back because both John and the owner were honest, upfront and fair. Hard to find this anywhere let alone a used car dealership! Thanks guys

Skip the friends and family reviews of "great owner and great dog"
Bret the owner is shady. Made me drive on expired temp plates and claimed it's 100% legal.
Car needed 2K in repairs.
Oddly asked me to introduce him to my 22 yo niece as he was scrolling through Ukrainian 20Yo females to bring over. Fact!
