  I do not recommend this service. I paid $400 for my 2020 taxes to be filed on April 30, 2021 (see attached) and my taxes have not been filed as of yet. When I called the irs in summer they said they could see the taxes were submitted but rejected due to a missing form. I made an appointment with Dr Regina Ross again on June 23rd and she confirmed that they were rejected and that another form was needed. I was told she would contact me back to complete the missing information
