The customer service was always sketchy they consistently raised the cost for a small 5x 10 unit without my knowledge .when I expressed my concern learned they changed hands and under a new management when I stated I would remove my storage they questioned if I was near by...I wonder if that's why they thought it would be difficult for me to get my things after learning how unbelievably high my rent was.I said I would be there to pick up my storage and asked for the gate code the gentleman on the phone refused to tell me ..( meanwhile its ok for me to share my credit card info over the phone ) siting I must go into the office at another location to be given the code.?!. Luckily someone who was leaving the lot was kind and allowed my u- haul in so I was able to unload my over charged 5x 10 storage unitI notice how they offer such affordable rates for the same unit I had..nice clean storage units ..nice safe lots..but disgusting unethical management !

They are the worst customer service company on the planet. Don't deal with them they're horrible. You'd be better off throwing your stuff under a bridge and hoping that it's still there then deal with these fools!

The storage location is easy to access, and the promotional deal price I got is great. I intend to rent the unit for very very long time (probably forever as long as the price is kept within my budget), so the location and price were the two huge factors for me to decide this renting.Also, I would like to acknowledge that Joe the store manager is very nice and friendly. He insisted to sweep my rental storage unit with a broom even when I told him that he didn't need to. This shows his professionalism and great customer service. ? I am very happy. Thank you very much!!!

Not very good. I paid for a storage that was rented already. I still haven't got credit from that payment. This is since December. They need to give me credit for $82.00. To the storage I have now. I have to keep paying for the new one I got.
