DocProbe is an Ideal vendor to use for warehousing of signed documents for the loan transactions. They are very attentive and responsive. Their Communication is ideal for this service. I would recommend their services to all lenders.

Out of all the third party vendors, this is the best I have worked with. Multiple lenders of ours use DocProbe to collect their post closing documents and they are very helpful and easy to use.They used to email lists, but now they have a portal to upload the post closing documents to. The portal is so easy to use and they keep updating it to make it even easier to use. I would highly recommend them to any lender!

Silk Title has been working with Docprobe for some time now and the experience has been nothing but short of excellent! They are responsive and easy to trouble shoot any issue that we might have with getting the documents needed over to them. Would recommend working with DocProbe!

My company had been using DocProbe for a little over two years and they have been extremely helpful! I was hired for final docs at my job, but DocProbe was there to do all of the work and if they needed my assistance, they would contact me! Samantha M was by for the best account manager we got and working with her made my life and job 10x easier! 10/10 recommend to lenders out there who received loads of trailing docs!

ZERO STARS IF I COULD! This company emails me every two weeks asking for trailing documents for one of our investors. The problem is, it is the same list over and over. I have sent in the same documents more than 6 times now. Every time it is a different person emailing me and they can't see the other emails I sent in, even when I sent to their trailing docs email address, not to the specific person emailing. They also cannot stop the system from saying we need to send them or make notes of any kind. Forget asking for a manager. We did and then she said she would look into it and then left the company. She left a forwarding email of another manager who also had left. Today is the last straw as I just received another email from them asking for the same documents again. I IMPLORE YOU, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANYTHING. They seem like a revolving door of incompetent people with a horrible system and process.

As a lender, one of the "necessary evils" of the process is collecting trailing docs 30+ days after we close and sell our loans. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I work for a closing attorney and handle most of our final title document procedures. I receive multiple request for documents that have been sent MULTIPLE times to DocProbe. I have lenders who are upset due to not receiving their final documents which is DocProbe's responsibility. I advise them weekly to save these documents correctly and cancel further request. If you use DocProbe as a third party service, I would HIGHLY consider to stop utilizing their "services".
