One star is to good for this horrible place, Every year I travel to Atlantic City NJ to see the boat show in Convention Hall. I made the overnight reservation with the Hard Rock Casino for March 3, 2024. Saturday at 1 PM my vehicle would not start. I called every rental car dealer in the book. They were all closed. I saw Enterprise was open on Sunday from 9 to 12. I called Enterprise at 9 AM. The women I spoke to asked me for my information. I explained my vehicle will not start and I need to go to the boat show in Atlantic City. I need someone to pick me up as soon as possible. I gave the women the address she said the earliest we can pick you up will be 11AM. 11:02 I called for an update on the pickup. I was put on hold for 10 minutes then got disconnected. I called back again then was put on hold again. I called 4 times from 11:02 to 11:31. A man answered from the main call center in the mid-west. He said to type in # 4 then # 2. I said thank you. I called again at 11:46 AM. A women answered. I asked where is the driver? The women said I tried calling you, but your voice mail box is not set up. I said that was because I was on hold with this company for over a half hour on the number you were calling. Your people don't pick up. The women said we don't go out to Jackson. I said the women who took my name, address, phone number, said the car will be out to pick you up at 11: AM. Meanwhile I called Uber, the earliest they were able to pick me up was 12:15 PM. The women said I can wait for you up to 15 minutes after 12 noon. I said it will take me 20 minutes to travel to you. She said I'm sorry. I said, "what is your name? I asked her twice. She said Everly. I then asked what the women's name I originally spoke to. I asked her four times. She said Jenell. I mentioned 4 different times you people are in the wrong and you should wait for me. Everly would not answer me. It sounded as if she put her hand over the phone, so I was unable to hear what and who she was talking to. I then heard the phone hanging up on her end. I will now miss the boat show. Today is the last day. I called the Hard Rock Casino to cancel my overnight stay. The Hard Rock Casino has a $50. Cancellation fee. If this Enterprise company would have said in the beginning, that they don't service pickups in Jackson I would have had time to hire a Taxi drive me to Enterprise. I feel Enterprise should reimburse me the $50. I lost for cancelling the room.

Extremely helpful staff, courteous and accommodating to everyone that entered the office. They were quick and efficient in providing the rental car to fit my needs both in picking up and dropping off the car. They even stayed a few minutes past closing time on a Saturday to make sure I was accommodated.

Enterprise of Lakewood route 88 I get a phone call today I rented the car last Thursday I extended to Friday and then the manager at the location said I could drop it off at 3:00 instead of 12:00 and not get charged now I'm getting charged 2495 for 4 days of insurance coverage when they told me it would only be 15 you over maxed my credit card I did not have the car Sunday and I did not return it this morning at 7:22 anywhere you're saying I dropped it off at one location and had two reservations I didn't do that I just got in quotes and then I reserved with Lakewood route 88 and they upgraded me to a Ford mustang and told me to drop in a lock box Saturday at 3:00 and apparently you were closed Saturday and Sunday and you got there in the 722 and the car is there in the morning I wasn't even up or out there I live 2 hours away this needs to be fixed immediately I want to be charged back on my card $15 a day for two nights for insurance and for two nights for the rental not 2495 I do not have the 300 and you took my card and Max it out you need to fix this immediately he knows who he is and I emailed the other girl Alexandria they know what happened he get full permission but you're saying I didn't ever give it back Saturday or Sunday but Monday I wouldn't even be up there at 7:22 and then you offered me a ride to the bus station that was the arrangement they never showed up on Thursday I took a cab there that's not where they were going to meet me they told me to return the car clean and drop it in the lock box and I did and I know you have video before I started dispute with American Express you need to fix this the reservation is totally wrong Thursday at 1:00 Friday at 1:00 Saturday at 3:00 not charging another day because he gave me a 3-hour extension get back to me as soon as possible and recharge my card because now I have an overdraft thanks to you and my credit shot I have money to pay I do not owe $2.99 I owe two days of a rental two days of insurance for $10 a day and then giving it back Saturday at 3:00 p.m. which made two days and he agreed to it and if not I'll speak to him myself email me back and credit back my card Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Friday 1:00 p.m. Saturday 3:00 p.m. allowed to have three extra hours Enterprise in Lakewood route 88 and you left me a message that I booked to reservations and they had to switch it I did nothing of the sort I only picked this place because I was able to get to it by bus this is all wrong you need to fix it this is not what Enterprise is about and I can't sleep at night now that you took my money I gave it back Saturday at 3:00 p.m. you were off of the rest of the day you were off on Sunday you get there Monday morning and then the car is there and you think that's when I returned it that is not true and they say I returned it and dropped it off at two different locations that's not true you could look at the receipt I do not agree and I'm just feeding this charge I have not had a car since Saturday at 3:00

I would highly recommend enterprise car service to anyone. They're very professional as well as concern with making sure that you are please with the vehicle your in they picked me up from the place where in had to take my vehicle and made sure I had a ride when I returned there vehicle ?

Absolutely the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. The lack of communication and follow up is totally unacceptable. Impossible to get these people on the phone, when you leave a message it takes forever for them to call you back and this is the best. It took them nearly 3 weeks to charge me for the rental of the car.Do they have such great revenue that they can afford to overlook that? I think not. And then they don’t even let you know that they’re charging your credit card. If I gave such lousy customer service on my job, I’d be fired.

Corey's crew are great at this site. They are polite, welcoming and efficient. They have me in and out in less than 20 minutes . The cars are always clean and neat . I travel frequently and every care they have given me is a good performer.
