They are not very honest and trustworthy because they have refused to deliver my packages just keep adding more fee for what I do not know have been paying the fee for a while and still nothing

Never shipping with FedEx again. I shipped out a 1 lb package and than shortly after it was shipped out they changed the weight of the package to 45 lbs and charged my account $52 for an underpaid shipping label.
I disputed it but still had to wait up to 3 weeks to get my money back. So quick to take my money but getting it back takes 10-15 business days 🤦♂️

So for whatever reason my package was rerouted here
unable to be delivered picking up and obtaining the packages always a seamless experience due to the staffs amazing help they go above and beyond took my personal phone number & called me with updates etc

I shipped out many times through here and the one Time I shipped out a few packages of live animals the people all were happy to help and all boxes got there safely but one so now TWO geckos will be DEAD and not make it to the buyer because FedEx forgot to load it on to the truck or plane or whatever at this point but they should hire better staff to know the difference between live and non living boxes because clearly they don’t know! Don’t recommend
