Terrible customer service, made an appointment to update my IRA, when I got to my appointment they said I was past my 10 day window.. WTF, should of said that when I made the appointment. She said I never told her thats why i was coming in..

I recently opened an account with First Commerce Bank at the Freehold Branch. I received a personable hello as I walked through the door. The process of opening my account was fairly easy based on the type of account I was setting up. Everyone working at the bank made me feel very welcomed. I truly appreciate their attentiveness.

The Robbinsville branch does not go out of its way to help. They require too much paperwork for simple changes. They made me come in with a utility bill when I moved and wanted to change my address. I had been dealing with the bank for years and they knew me. The utility bill was unnecessary. Other banks did it by phone. When CD's matured they wouldn't mail the check and I had to come in to get it (because of my move I was further away). They made me show my driver's license each time. Other banks mailed me checks. I closed my accounts and won't be doing business with them again.

They do things by the book, I think we’re not used to seeing this at other banks because relationships get casual. I see this as a good reminder that things can take a bad twist. Some people might consider this being rude or short, but their really doing their job. They act appropriate as in business you should

Terrible service.My bank card never worked and they could never get it to work. Online banking never worked for me, while they were trying to reset login/password they reset someone else’s account and gave me full access to a random persons account (this happened twice!!) so not very secure...They don’t allow online wires (I guess they realize the security flaws in their online system...) you have to come into bank. It’s always a long wait, there’s never a greeting or an “I’ll be with you in a minute”.They have inexpensive accounts, but you pay for it with time and frustration (and all their tact on fees)

This bank stinks!they canceled my debit card without telling me because of a hack.I was in a store and my card just didn't work.when I called them no one knew why.after being bounced around from one inept person to another they informed me that my card was canceled because of a hack.they promised to send me one in 7-10 days.Trouble is my card was hooked up to auto pays that didn't go through.maybe tell me before you cancel my card!use a legit bank like Chase

Go elsewhere. Bank card shut down multiple times because they suspected fraud. It's embarassing attempting to pay for something and your card is decline. Had to call several times already to reactive my card. The debit card doesn't let you take money from Wawa Quickchek etc and free atm. Not sure why? Works whenever you have to pay a fee. Can't link bank account to certain apps like venmo etc. Go elsewhere and pay a little more for the fees but peace of mind.
