-I was in line trying to complete an order and the employee stop helping me and ran over to a customer who was trying to pick up an order and began screaming at her very loudly. Demanding her to put back an item . I’m not sure of her name but older lady . Extremely rude because she was in the middle of helping me complete my order and to stop and go over to a customer and yell at her was sad. The poor lady looked so afraid. I can’t believe people like this work at this LAKEWOOD location. They lost my business . I will go to another location. That employee should not have a job . WOW.

Purchased a grill and was told the assembly team would assemble it and it would be ready for pickup on Monday night. However, when I arrived on Monday, the rep checked the order and showed me that there were no notes or comments indicating assembly was requested. The grill was still in its box, unassembled. The rep informed me that assembly is only done on Mondays, so if I want it assembled, I'll have to wait another week. Not what I expected from Home Depot.

I'd say the customer service was bad, if it was existent. Today is Sunday. My windows were measured on Thursday for 2 roller shades. I was promised an email with an updated of my order 2 days ago by Aiden. Crickets. I called 4 times today, got disconnected twice. Horrible doesn’t begin to describe it.

Horrible customer service. The older lady with grey hair at the returns today (7/15/2025) was one of the most disrespectful people that I have yet to encounter at a store. She had absolutely no regard when it came to professionalism and it was clear that she was not in the mood and needed to take her frustrations out on someone. I suggest that the Home Depot at Lakewood seriously review their employees and adhere to proper code of conduct. I also suggest that you look into the termination of this worker because that is NOT how you speak to someone who is giving you business. SHAME ON LAKEWOOD HOMEDEPOT!!!!!!!

They sold me a USED dishwasher and refused to even install it, but I paid to get it installed. Now it's sitting in my garage, and they refuse to take it back and refund me. I paid $1,000 for the appliance, parts and install. These people should be ashamed of themselves, taking advantage of people.

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is the worst of any retail chain I have dealt with. The never return call and never have the information when you need it. But they took my money alright. Now they can’t tell me when the flooring is being delivered or installed. I knew I should have gone to Lowe’s.
