It doesnt seem that there are owners reviewing these comments, but if you are seeing this, owners, i wanted to share that the ATTITUDE of the staff leaves much to be desired. There are ways of running a business smoothly without snobbing, putting down and plain old yelling. We are not in elementary school anymore.
It looks like the staff is overwhelmed; and the hours are short. Maybe if it is opened until later, the flow of people will be distributed evenly throughout the day so the staff wont be so overwhelmed and the wait so long.
I am coming here to get my blood drawn, for heavens sake, why do i always walk out feeling like i did something wrong?
On the flip side, the phlebotomists does a good job with drawing blood quickly with the least pain possible

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Labcorp. I went in for a TB test for a new employer and was immediately greeted rudely upon arrival due to an issue on their end finding my appointment. I remained patient while being spoken down to and to top it off they struggled to find my vein, appeared rushed, jabbed me 3 times, scratched one arm with the needle and left bruises on my other arm.
These circumstances wouldn’t have been an issue if they’d occurred separately but in total this experience was simply unacceptable.
These two women were on shift today (Wednesday, September 18th at 12:30pm). I won’t be returning and will be sure to inform my employer not to use this location.
Note: You never know why your patients are entering your clinic or what physical or mental situation they are in. Please have respect, take some time off or don’t work in an industry of service.

I took my baby for blood work here today and they were PHENOMENAL! Don't know who gave all the other google reviews but my experience was the exact opposite. Front desk was very polite and nice and phlebotomists found the vein super quick and were very kind. I was impressed

Hey front desk lady…relax! You’re a front desk lady. No need to yell at me because you called me Dominick and I didn’t react. That’s not my name. You hate your job, I get it. But do us all a favor. Quit. Miserable experience overall. Place is a dump.

The worst place ever!!!! Their so rude and not gentle!! I think they need to replace their workers for more gentle and patient staff. I leave every time with such a bad experience I hate when I need to go there. The lady with the glasses is the worst- she’s screams at everyone that comes in! Please consider replacing her!

There was no a/c in the waiting room. It's summer in NJ. People come in fasting. It's cruel. The thermostat in the treatment area said 73 degrees but it was hot in the waiting room.

Horrible experience!! The staff there really don’t respect human blood so it’s pretty ironic that they are the phlebotomists around. The staff all hang out in the back and party while you just wait there, and then they come around and tell you that it’s 1:30 so they’re closed. What even????
After you make me wait for 15 minutes, OBVIOUSLY YOURE CLOSED!! But do something about it and man up to you’re issues. Not sure who the manager is and what’s his game; but fix this place up before you’ll legally be shut.

1st visit: computer issues and overworked staff. 2nd visit: Same thing, but this time, despite having orders in hand and a pre-scheduled appointment, they took my blood but failed to do the ordered lab. I asked if I could have contact with a corporate rep and no call back after a week. As a physician, I recommend that this poorly managed organization be overhauled. This is a broken system.

I went today to the Lakewood location on 2nd street. Debbie checked me and took my blood. Went great, nice and smooth. Mapquest took us past Labcorp, we called and Debbie came out and flagged us down. Not many people would do that. no issues in and out Debbie did a great job.

Didn't explain anything about tests or what was being done that day. Took my infant son and they had trouble finding a vein, yet still poked him. We suggested using his foot, but that statement was ignored. About 30 minutes total spent there, with zero results. Save yourself and go to a different location, or go to hospital. They can also do labs, but I can only assume better. Couldn't get much worse than this visit
