This location has me in tears most times I am here. At first I thought this was a fluke but it’s been about 25 times now and I’ve been watching. The antisemitism….the hatred in the eyes of the employees! The fact the I feel utterly unsafe when going to get a medical procedure done is outrageous and unacceptable.
I get yelled at for asking what the date is!
I am the one feeding your family!!!
Do better!
Or don’t have a location in the heart of a thriving Jewish community.
Make changes!

I recently visited the Labcorp location in Lakewood for my routine bloodwork. During my visit, I encountered a technician/receptionist(name starting w/ letter T) whom I had previously met last week for another test. She wasn't the friendliest person, but I didn't mind at the time because I understand that some people just have a different demeanor.
Today, however, my experience was less than pleasant. After gathering my information, she asked for my credit card information, explaining that my insurance requires a $5 hold for the test. I told her that I have been getting this test for many years under the same insurance policy and have never been asked for such a hold before. In response, she exaggerated the word "hold" very slowly and said it repeatedly, as if I didn't understand.
While I understand she was just following protocol, the way she communicated was very unpleasant. Small things like this can significantly impact someone's day. It's a minor issue, but I wish people could be a bit nicer these days.

Disgusting and rude staff. They should get closed down. No one deserves to be treated the way they treat people coming in. Nasty from the first second. Will never go back there.

Clean, organized, friendly. Staff took me at my scheduled appointment time. Healthcare provider nurse was wonderful. Happy to get blood work done here.

Despicable and rude staff, pregnant woman asks them for somewhere to sit cause she feels like she will faint, woman points in direction of a room and says go sit there and just continues on with zero care to make sure she was ok. No one even came once to the room to check if she was ok, until the EMS person ask someone for something.Sad part is, look at all negative reviews and you will see months and months of negative rude experiences, with “we will look in to it and address it”, which is obviously just lip service because they have done absolutely nothing to make any changes, and the same rude people are still there.

I always go early in the morning to this location as a walk-in and the staff is friendly and extremely competent.
