Bought my SUV from these guys remotely.. I asked over the phone specific questions about the condition of the tires, brakes, and suspension. All things typically noted in an inspection. They told be the brakes were over 75% remaining, tires looked newer, and there was nothing wrong with the suspension. When I received the SUV, my first impression was how filthy it was. It hadn't been washed in what appeared to be a year. Literally had algae growing on the roof. The interior was filthy and smelled like a smoke shop. On closer inspection, 3 of the tires were near bald, and mismatched brands. Took it to get new tires, and the mechanic told me it needed all new ball joints, an alignment, and the brake pads were worn down to the rivets. I couldn't believe the terrible condition in a short 54,000 mile life. It was as bad as you could possibly imagine. Long story, but this "clean and mechanically sound" suv cost me $1000 for tires, $1200 for suspension parts, $600for new brakes and rotors, & $300 for an interior cleaning/detail. 0 out of five stars. Low-life dealership, not worthy of any of your trust or money. Case in point, look a couple reviews down. David B is the owner of TSJ, and he wrote a 5 star review for his own company. Total l*****

There has been nothing but PROBLEMS with the Mitsubishi Outlander since the day we were taken advantage of. I've put more money into that LEMON than we paid for it, let alone the corrupt behavior of your mother towards us trying to charge us 3x more than what we paid to DMV for registration/plates...and if I didn't catch that, she would have. Take our money with a smile, then stab us in the back...I hope you learn at some point not to sell garbage to people and DECEIVE them...We TRUSTED you and we were betrayed. I learned my lesson the hard way...taking the car back and refunding our $5000 would have been the RIGHT thing to do...but AutoLux preferred to rip us off instead...thanks alot

they didn’t tell me that my car had a power steering leak before I purchased the car which costs me over $700 to fix it. I’m still dealing with the fix and also they didn’t mention to me about the Rear Air conditioning Leak which costs me about $400 to get it fixed. No honesty at all, I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from them!!!
