I had a very heavy box so I pulled up closer to unload and my son will take the box while I go to park. Instead of dragging the box across the parking lot. The ups man from inside came out yelling at me. When I told him it was an extremely heavy box and I wasn’t parking there he yelled again!

My package has been late for a week because the driver pretends that he/she attempts to deliver the package, but no adult available for signature which is not real. We have at least one adult home all the day long every day. The worst experience I've ever had in five countries is with UPS.

Let's just start by saying John at the desk is very rude and unprofessional. He was being very sarcastic about how I packaged my stuff. Everything was bubble wrapped and labeled. he was arrogant about how he worked at UPS for 20+ years. He said that it's 50/50 chance that my stuff gets delivered for no given reason. He rushed me out of the office in such a rude way and wouldn’t give me a receipt of the tracking to insure my stuff gets delivered. John is a very angry person, he either needs to retire or find a new job lol.

I need help! My package was supposed to be delivered here but they sent it to me at 301 E Oak Ave, Lawnside, NJ 08045. My order information was not wrong and I cannot receive my package now.

had a hard time trying to get answers over the phone. But once I finally got to the right department, they were kind and courteous and informed me of a scam that was being sent to me on my phone watch your phones people there are UPS scammers out there wanting your address on your phone. UPS is not going to send you a message that they have a package that they can’t deliver because of the wrong address. Thank it through how to get your phone number?

They wouldn’t allow the QR code that Amazon returns provided. I then requested if they have a piece of tape to stick on the return label to the box and the guy told me that they sell rolls of tape and don’t provide that for free. Overall the guy at the desk was extremely rude.

Horrible experience. They told me to come pick up a package and when I got there they said the package was still on the truck and to wait another 45 minutes. Oh and the gentleman behind the counter told me to go online and pay another 10 bucks to have it delivered the next day to my work. Shipping plus 10 bucks to send there and another 10 to send to work. Aces.
