watchilung used to be fantastic service. after they sold to Ready Refresh it's horrific. Triton that owns the ready refresh name does NOT care at all about customers or their satisfaction. no customer service, horrible delays in kick up and delivery. drivers do not leave in the requested location. just disgraceful company. do not use. Will be canceling after decades of using the original company. So disappointing.

Horrible customer service after switching to Ready Refresh! locked me out of my account so I could not pay my bill then put me to collections. Tried calling to get resolved several times and get automated run around. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Absolute worst! After they sold to READY REFRESH, it has been a disaster. No customer service, no one answers the phone and on a rare occasion they do, they'll transfer you and hang up. Hold times are forever! This company hasn't a clue! DO NOT do business with them. Drink from the toilet, it is a way better option than dealing with this "company".

If I could select no star I would. Run don't use this company. I believe they were bought out by ready refresh on swarthmore ave Lakewood no 08701. Lies and rip offs. I called to get there comments on new delivery, rates, bottle deposit the whole nine yards.. after hearing what I heard I asked why I wasn't getting that same treatment and offer? They said 20 dollar one time bottle deposit.. I paid for everyone of my bottles and when I put them out to be replaced with full ones I paid again... I was never late on a bill and they continued to claim late fees on every month... I bought a lot of water from them as a single family home and they ripped me off saying one cost and than raising cost few months later and accessing me fees fines and extras... please do your self favor use Kepwell in ocean township they even will let u go get water IF you want for less than half these jokers charge

They don't even deserve a star. We have had watchung's services for years now and watchung was great. Once Ready Refresh bought the company they have not showed up to change the filter once on our water dispenser (supposed to come every 3 months with contract), and did not send one invoice, yet they can send us a creditors statement in the mail. We did not receive any good or services from them and they continue to bill us? I cannot get into online portal account to try to access invoice statements or schedule service since the company switched owners, and now they also charge for a customer service phone call. This company is a scam.

We have had Watchung water delivery for over 20 years and have been completely satisfied with our monthly delivery and our driver. I am very UNHAPPY with the fact that they just up and sold us out to ready refresh by nestle. Their delivery schedule was off and we requested 6 bottles and they only left 4. Watchung delivered every 3 weeks. Ready refresh delivers 1 a month. Watchung ? why?

Awful Customer Service. There was a delivery schedule error in their system and our family's delivery was skipped without notice. I then call to ask about it and I was promised a call back. Three days later...No call back. Tried calling again today...on hold for over 20 minutes..and then hung up on.I will most likely be switching my service along with the 3 locations I use them for to service

My business has had Watchung Spring Water service for years, always able to talk to customer service, and usually great service.Today I find that Watchung Spring Water was bought by Nestlé Waters North America (ReadyRefresh).When we call the usual phone number the new automated phone system puts you into a eternal, endless series of prompts that never will get to a CSR. The 800 number doesn't work, the Watchung phone doesn't allow connection to customer service AND IF YOU DO HAPPEN TO GET THROUGH, the system OPERATOR'S MAILBOX IS FULL AND CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE.The first person I was able to reach put me back into the automated system, maybe by accident.Poor decision to not advise customers that the company was sold, and not information of how to reach customer service.We're done... will switch to a better user friendly water delivery service.

If I wasn't so desperate for water delivery I wouldn't use this company. If anyone knows of any other services please let me know. Their website is always down, they say they answer your texts to get in contact with them but never do. They accidentally delivered more water than they should and had me leave it outside my house all weekend to them come back and pick it up... horrible company.

They were just been sold out to readyrefresh. No email or phone call and they just disappeared. Their website is down and their 1800 number is transferred to ready refresh and it's also not working. Luckily I was able to find this local number which seems bypass the system and able to get me someone from readyrefresh. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

My order was scheduled for November 26, but it was Thanksgiving. I tried to log in to my account, but the website is down. I tried to call them, but I couldn’t talk to anyone in person.Terrible service

I have been with Watchung spring water since 1997. Had a few mishaps but not enough to give a bad review . Not everyone has a great day!
