i don't know why I have this idea right now that Wells Fargo customer services sucks, especially at their local branches, I went today to this bank asking them just to change for me $3000 of $20 bills for $100's one. the lady over there did an interview with me, "where is the money from?", "where do you work ?", "do you have an account with us?", bla blabla, even after she confirmed i have an account with them, guess what she said to me "we can only change for you $1000", I walked outside the door, just next to them to Chase Bank, they did it for me in few seconds....no further comment.
