I did not understand how little people can care about providing good customer service. They had my car for over a month. They would not work with my insurance which I have great insurance. I kept having to call for a finish date and I was hung up on several times/days and was told: I'll call you back without a return call. The day they finally gave me... I didnt get the car back till 5 days later. No answer, I will call you back, hold please; for 5 business days. The car still has issues that should have been taken care of. the paint job was terrible. and the guy running the place Hector is a scumbag. i paid just to get the car off of their lot. terrible place, horrible customer care and unreliable service.
