This pharmacy is a joke, rude service from the one woman working in there. They refused to fill my prescription. Tried to get my prescription switched to a different cvs pharmacy and they had my information wrong in their system and acted like they didn’t deny me the day before! Unbelievable. Don’t recommend, go over the bridge to new hope. Much better

This CVS pharmacy is a shame. The pharmacy is usually understaff but the worst part is the staff. The women pharmacist Eleni Angelopoulos is a very unhelpful person and not pleasant at all. She is always rude and does not seem to know anything about decency or customer service. Time and time again my script has been sent in and she often rudly says they never got it. Then i waste time calling the dr and find out its just sitting at cvs waiting to be filled and this lady cant even take the time to make an extra click on her computer to check this. Instead the paying customer has to be stressed out and inconvenienced all the time. CVS corporate should really look into their staff and how they treat customers especially in this competitive environment.

Rude, incompetent - the store is a complete mess- empty shelves, no personel to help and if u dare to complain the manager tells u they have zero tolerance for abuse

This pharmacy is severely understaffed. I don’t know exactly how the place is run, but I can see some staff working desperately hard, and others just going through the motions.
It’s almost like cvs stretches itself thin, and overburdened pharmacists who can barely fill medicine let alone answer questions.
Expect to wait a LONG time for your medicine, and expect no help. Not necessarily because they don’t want to but because there’s likely few employees overworked and the rest fill ins who don’t care.

The CVS on Cherry Street in Lambertville fulfilled my needs perfectly. I used it as a grocery store for several basic needs, obviating the need to go further into Lambertville and use up more time.

Keep calling the pharmacy and on hold for over 20 minutes each time. Can’t reach a human. Also when they said our prescriptions were ready, they were not and then when they finally were ready they missed one. Horrible pharmacy honestly, going to switch because this place is ridiculous. Never a good experience.

Associate was very nice and helpful . She went out of her way for me .she was stocking shelves and stopped to help. There was a customer in front of me that was rude to her. She handled it professionally not losing her cool she stayed polite and helpful to him . I commented to her about her being so nice to him although he was very rude to her . C v s is a great store with great employees.

I just got my Covid booster at CVS in Lambertville NJ. Our pharmacist is very kind caring efficient and knowledgeable. Very good experience!

The customer service is really bad especially since we went in there with a Little girl and she has disability, it was me my cousin and the little girl. We tried getting a gift card until the big gyattttttttttttt dude came out and told us to leave because we were making to much noise and we couldn’t act like grownups but the little girl couldn’t talk so he kept saying get out and we told him and he was like fine. This is really bad service please be careful.
