Associate was very nice and helpful . She went out of her way for me .she was stocking shelves and stopped to help. There was a customer in front of me that was rude to her. She handled it professionally not losing her cool she stayed polite and helpful to him . I commented to her about her being so nice to him although he was very rude to her . C v s is a great store with great employees.

I just got my Covid booster at CVS in Lambertville NJ. Our pharmacist is very kind caring efficient and knowledgeable. Very good experience!

The customer service is really bad especially since we went in there with a Little girl and she has disability, it was me my cousin and the little girl. We tried getting a gift card until the big gyattttttttttttt dude came out and told us to leave because we were making to much noise and we couldn’t act like grownups but the little girl couldn’t talk so he kept saying get out and we told him and he was like fine. This is really bad service please be careful.

I wish I could leave a review that wouldn’t get lost in the sea of all the other 1-star reviews but there are just way too many. With that said I have no doubt each and every one was justifiably earned by their overwhelmingly terrible customer service. By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been forced to deal with.

The store is a hot mess. Products all over the floor. No checkout person. When I finally got someone she acted like her best friend just died. Bad attitude.

There are a couple of young, diligent folks in the pharmacy and one diligent longtime worker as well, but sometimes not all goes well despite their efforts. Generally, the store is not always well stocked with items one would expect to find. There appears to be a new store manager and he is one of the rudest individuals i have ever encountered. I cannot give this place better than 3 stars after my recent encounter with him when all i did was ask whether someone could help me check out.

This is without a doubt the worst CVS in the entire chain. The store is dirty and messy inside. Merchandise everywhere on the floor, poorly stocked shelves and rude staff. Currently waiting 10 minutes at the drive through to pick up a prescription. “It might be faster if you come inside.” Really? I’m not a waiting customer out here? Here’s a pro tip: if you’re not servicing customers at the drive through, then close it.

I pulled up at 1:27 at the drive thru, no one acknowledged that I was there. At 1:30 someone told me their “machines were shut down because of lunch”. I then told the pharmacy tech that I felt sick from withdrawal from my medicine. She said there was nothing she could do. I reinforced that I felt sick and she said to “come back in 30 minutes”. I told her I pulled up for service at 1:27 pm. She said “my clock might be wrong”, aka my clock that is connected to the internet. I will never use this CVS again. Complete disregard for the health needs of their clients. This pharmacy tech could care less about you as a human being.

Would give no stars if possible. I arrived today (Sat. 20th 2022) to discover that, once again, this pharmacy's pharmacist has not showed up for work and that I could not pick up my medically necessary medications. I wish I could say that this was the first time that this has happened at this store, but it is not. This is the second time this issue has occurred to me at this store in this year alone, and once again it will cost me another day at work because I cannot get my medication. This is the second time that I have lost a day's worth of pay because of a medication problem caused by this store's gross incompetence and negligence.If you are a customer, I highly recommend at the very least going to the CVS pharmacy over in New Hope or Flemington, as I have only encountered this problem from this store in Lambertville.Avoid this store - because you never know if you will be able to pick up your pills on the day you need them or not.

How do you run a pharmacy with no restrooms? It's just rude to put "out of order" and "employees only" signs on the restrooms meant for customers.

The stores a mess but the guy trys and he’s friendly. They’re understaffed and it shows. The pharmacy staff seems undertrained. But they deserve better than 2.5.
