“My husband and I had another very good experience today at Fehrenbach Clock Shop.
We had 2 cuckoo clocks repaired earlier this year and clocks were working perfectly afterwards.
My husband recently broke both clocks --- pulling the chain too swiftly resulting in the clock mechanism getting jammed and not sure what he did to the other clock.
Today we stopped by the clock shop and we were helped by Taylor. He was great and so helpful. He looked at both clocks and was able to quickly diagnose the problems, he freed the jammed clock and then explained the problem with the other clock and was able to get it to work properly since it was a simple leveling issue.
Thank you, Taylor, we appreciate your time, help and explanation regarding how our cuckoo clocks work.
We will definitely be coming back again when the clocks need maintenance.

“My son and his friend wanted a snack after an art class next door. We stopped in to the edible arrangement and they make us some fresh fruit sticks custom for the kids and didn't even charge us for them. It was such a sweet gesture and the fruit was delicious”
