Too often, a place (especially a Post Office) gets reviewed because of a negative experience. When things work as they are expected, it's easy to let it slip away without note.

Staff needs more training or understanding of the world around them. I addressed a package to a well-known address in another country and the worker refused to ship it because she didn't understand the address because it didn't look like common American ones.
