This is by far the worst Wells Fargo I've ever been to. Every time I come here I have a profoundly negative experience. The tellers are so immature, snooty and unprofessional. They browse their iphones and make you wait for them and then even browse their iphones and check their messages while you are getting consultation! So unprofessional. They ask questions as if they are still in high school. They also judge you based on your occupation, income, etc. My husband and I are both medical doctors and I think it's quite laughable to see how they treat us here since it's not our primary account. While I generally like Wells Fargo and have had a good experience with them, this bank is the pits and should just get all new staff or shut down. I am glad I invest my money elsewhere.
