Not sure why the owner decided I’m not allowed to pay for something out of pocket and was forcing me to make an insurance claim for a replacement side view mirror and a couple scratches I wanted touched up on the hood. Guy came off like I was bothering him. If you want to pay out of pocket don’t go to this guy. Very condescending.

Tommy saved us $250 dollars. We broke the passenger side mirror, and he found a used one. Also, one of us workers drove me home (we live in Landing) and picked me up, saving my wife two trips.

Called up Tommy in the morning in a panic because I didn’t know my insurance would drop without an inspection and he was accommodating and let me come in asap! Relieved so much stress for me and to top it off he was so friendly and kind. He explained the whole process and made it an easy morning for me! This was only for an inspection but if I need any auto repairs I will for sure be going to Tommy from now on :)

I cannot thank Tommy and his crew for their help this morning. As a young adult with little knowledge on cars and all of the responsibilities I possess with having one, Tommy took the time to make sure I was understanding what I needed for insurance renewal and how to proceed forward. I not only felt comfortable, but I felt like I could fully trust Tommy and his shop to take the best care of me and my car. Had to visit Tommy's to get my car inspected for insurance. Tommy was welcoming and detailed in explaining all the paperwork that needed to be completed. He is so personable and made me feel at ease through this process.
