When she did get sick from eating out garbage, they were able to help right away and called twice to check-in on her. The vets listen to our concerns and help us make the best decision for our pup.
We are 40 minutes away from Hodes but it’s well worth the car ride to get our pup treated by the best vets we have met!”
“It’s not easy to find a place you love and are comfortable in for your fur baby but this place is the absolute best. Willy loves his vet and the staff. The place is welcoming & affordable. The vet & his staff are all knowledgeable, caring, and above all, amazing. I just adopted Willy and I’m still getting to know him, but I can tell how comfortable he is with his doctor and all the staff members. I highly recommend this place!”
“From my very first experience with Lake Hopatcong Animal Hospital, it was very clear that Dr. Navarro and his staff are very compassionate about their work, caring for our pets. I am new to the area and called for the very first time, in hysterics, with a VERY sick outdoor cat. They had me come immediately, which I was sure was to help put her down, but instead, the Doctor saved this cat! He and his staff were amazing with her. Same, when I called a few months later, with a sick puppy, they had me come in right away and within minutes my Frankie was on the table and on the mend!! This is a small practice that offers personal care that I had never experienced before having had 2 cats & 4 Boston Terriers.

“American Animal Hospital is an exceptional veterinary practice, and I cannot recommend them enough.
My Pitbull, Milo, became ill a few years ago while I was seeing another veterinarian. After his Cushing’s disease was unfortunately missed, I brought him to AAH for a second opinion. Dr. Pascucci carefully reviewed his results, ordered additional testing right away, and quickly diagnosed Milo and started him on the medication he needed.
Dr. Pascucci and the entire staff at AAH did an incredible job managing Milo’s Cushing’s disease over the years, ensuring he was always on the correct dosage and received all necessary monitoring and testing. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care made a tremendous difference in Milo’s quality of life.
Sadly, Milo passed away last month. During such a difficult time, Dr. Pascucci, Joey, Dr. Stockmal and everyone at AAH were unbelievably kind and supportive. Dr. Pascucci even called me a few days after Milo passed and Dr. Stockmal sent a handwritten note, which meant more to me than I can express.
A truly outstanding establishment—extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and a complete class act. 10/10.”

“My dog had a tumor and originally we went to Dr.Dave just for a second opinion. We had been going to our previous vet for 7+ years, but after the initial visit and seeing how thoroughly Dr.Dave examined my dog, we knew he was the best person to treat our pup and eventually amputate his toe to remove the tumor. He made accommodations to perform the surgery ASAP. On the day of the surgery, his staff promptly followed up with us throughout the day. My dog is petrified of many things and will refuse to go inside somewhere he is not comfortable....we were shocked that after the surgery he happily ran inside the office for his follow up appointment! Dr.Dave quickly got back to us with his biopsy results and has been super helpful with next steps and referring us to an oncologist.
it is scary whenever something is wrong with our fur babies, but the whole team at Chester Animal Hospital has helped to make this tough time be as easy as possible and I could not recommend them more!! We are SO HAPPY we found them.”

“This is the Best Veterinarian in the area and with multiple pets seen by them , now the only one I will ever use for my furbabies .. The staff is friendly and efficient and Dr. Grau is the Bomb. She is compasionate and always leads us in the direction we need to take whether it be treatemnt or the trip down that final road. She never pushes an agenda and is honest about what can be done or what we shouldnt venture to do. She educates us to understand but leaves it up to us to make that decission and has no problem with keeping the pets comfortable through that journey. I 100 % recommend this practice. I don't know what I would do without them. This is our old man that crossed rainbows bridge this month he will be sorely missed.”

“My canary Sunny had a band choking circulation to his leg. When we entered the Landing office, Dr. Hallihan and staff responded urgently. With no clearance at all Dr. Hallihan managed to cut the band off. Sunny took to the doctor very calmly. Antibiotics, pain & silver sufadiazine cream was perscribed. All taking 1-1.5 hours.
Sunny has been in recovery for 6 days.
Dr Halligan took a professional, but urgent practical approach which earned my trust. We have a follow up in 2 weeks, which I requested.
