On the recommendation of a friend, my wife and I visited the Rockaway Mall White House Black Market Store on 5/28 to upgrade her spring/summer wardrobe. There many wonderful items available to her in this store (she's petite), and the customer service was absolutely first rate. Not only did my wife receive expert service and assistance from the sales person, but she also received excellent suggestions regarding fitment, color combinations and accessories. This is a level of customer service that we have not experienced in many years - something that is nearly extinct these days. For you husbands, I was supplied with a comfortable "husband chair", so there was no need to perch my backside on the edge of a display bench, and the entire experience was quite enjoyable. And all because we encountered a lady who was an expert at her job and who enjoyed doing it in a friendly and truly helpful manner. My wife will definitely be shopping there again, and I will not resist accompanying her there as I do with most other stores.”
