The people of Experienced Auto who installed this product were great! But it ends there when it comes to this product because the corporation "Intoxalock" is both incompetent and crooked. Third party help is HORRIBLE. The charge you for the errors of their product. Look into another service. They originally charge you based on a sales person commission base who plainly told me the largest company of this product has their prices wrong. They will tell you their product is the best on the market, I switched and have much less trouble. Also Im not being ripped off and am now paying 30% less. Dont fall for the biggest is best here. Do yourself the favor of research and price comparison and maybe an english speaking customer service located in the US not Mumbai.

Experienced Auto is the place to go for great service. It was a fast and easy process, and the staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
