No name tag on her. Very rude young girl. Every other UPS store that I went to is very helpful but not this young girl. I guess the older people have patience.

The employee at the counter was rude. They informed us that we couldn’t adhere our label to the box in the store because it was considered packing it. Boxes must arrive ready to ship, or we’ll have to pay them to pack them. It’s absolutely ridiculous! So, we went in front of the store and packed our box on the sidewalk in 90-degree weather. Thanks a lot for your hospitality, Forked River UPS.

*NOW -ATTENTION TO THE Boss or Corporate of (WENDY The Store Manger .)of Lanoka Harbor Store.
I went in to return 4 packages. I went up to the counter and I was the the one that said Hi to Wendy and how are you..Should of been her saying that to her customer ! I went to give her my packages and she said we can't take these . I was confused.I had suffer a stroke and pushed the wrong return agenda on amazon.I said can you help me and I am sorry..she said I know nothing about that.Which was the difference between an Ups store and Ups drop off.
She was so cold and nasty to me.
NOW ...I ended up going to my car so upset and figured out how to return properly.I walk back in the store and thank god Jess the new girl helped me so much by making sure I did it right.
THIS IS THE WORST PART! As Jess was helping me Wendy The Store manager came out of the back and stared at me and said WHAT! Like aggressive ... THEN TURN HER BACK FROM ME AND STARTED SAYING SOME CUSTOMERS COME IN HERE ALL NEEDY AND I NOT DEALING WITH IT! I Then said again loudly I am sorry I suffered a stroke and was confused.
I thank Jess and praised her for her help and caring. I then left the store and started crying over how Wendy treated me.It was demeaning and unacceptable to treat me the way she did!
I want Coperate to know about this.This needs to be addressed ! I always go to this location and I can't believe she is the manger ! No respect! Not Profesional at all ! Aggressive like she wanted to fight me.It was really a horrible experience .I own a small business and would never act in this ill, childish ,bullying manner! Disgusting and down right horrid. Bottom line be kind because you never know what someone is going through.Wendy you are not kind and a horrible person. Facts ! I witnessed this with my own eyes and ears! Never should had to explain I had a stroke! Sincerely, Michelle
