“I'd like to share my recent experience with Express Auto Services.I believe the owner, Jassi, is a completely genuine person when it comes to dealing with customers and their vehicles. He accepted responsibility for what he promised and achieved it without compromise.I went to change the cabin, air filter, and front brake pads on my Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Though I would expect the ABS dash warning to appear after replacing the brake pads outside the dealer, because they donot have the necessary took to clear the electronic code. However, Jassi went above and beyond to purchase the appropriate tool to remove the code, and he returned the car in perfect condition and at the correct repair fee.”

“My husband's tire blew. Heard great things and they were the only place with his tire size nearby. They got him in, all 4 new tires installed, and aligned right away (there was only one other person ahead of us). What a relief to have everything fixed quickly so we didn't have to worry about how to get to work the next day! They also gave his vehicle a once over and told us what we would need fixed soon. Great, fast, thorough service!”
“I was in a minor accident (struck from behind) the week before Thanksgiving. Perfect timing, right? I'd never needed any auto work in NJ and didn't know where to go so, of course, I opped on google to read reviews. There is a reason Collex has 5 stars. Kara, who initially took my call, made me laugh (and thought I was funny which is the most important!) and Pete really helped make this a simple process. When I picked up my girl yesterday, they had not only made her look brand new, but they also gave her a delightful spa treatment. I couldn't be more impressed. “I called the Maple Shade, NJ Mavis on Collins Ave on MLK Holiday. In spite of the location not having in stock, two tires I needed, John and his team were able to get the tires shipped to his store the same day. They installed the tires and had my vehicle back to me by dinner time! Their flawless execution was a demonstration of excellent customer service! John was a pleasure to work with and I appreciate the work done by the mechanics. I highly recommend this location for tires. Thanks for a job well done!”

“My wife & I have been looking for a car for myself for quite some time. So, we've had our fair share of experiences at several different dealerships before driving down to Turnersville Acura. Let me just say, we had a fabulous experience. Our sales guy, Bob, was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We came in to look at two vehicles and he was able to tell me exactly what was different with each one. He was easy to talk to and didn't make up feel rushed or pressured to pick something right then and there. When I choose the one I wanted, he then helped me set up my sound system and bluetooth (which was very helpful coming from a 16 year old car). He also went through all the buttons and settings and showed me what everything was! AND even put a big red bow on for me!!! which was very sweet! 10/10 experience!!!”

“Nobels is the best! I came in for a check engine light. I tested the code myself and it came back with a bad O2 sensor. Nobels tested and found a vacuum line disconnected. The mechanic plugged the line back in and reset the engine code. They could have changed the O2 sensor and charged me for that. Instead they were honest and told me what the real cause of the check engine light was. I also had the oil changed too. Completely recommend Nobels! Tony up front at the desk is awesome!”

“What an amazing experience it was dealing with the C&J crew. I booked my vehicle in for an electrical issue the week of the 12th of Jan 2025. Arriving at C&J I was met with very friendly and helpful staff making the experience pleasurable, helpful and engaging. During the repair I was phoned regularly to ensure the issue was fully understood. After the repair I was contacted again to explain what the issue was and what had been done to fix it. I was also supplied with a comprehensive report showing maintenance issues outstanding and that need attention soon, even though my vehicle wasn't even there for that. What an amazing value adds!! Payment options included paying with a link they sent me. I couldn't pick the vehicle up during business hours, so I was sent a message with a box number and combination. This enabled me to pick up the vehicle Saturday morning at my own leisure. I will be back C&J and wish everyone reading this also visits you. God bless.”

“These guys are great!!! We just dropped in with our small motorhome because it was showing a low tire on the inside rear of the dually. They helped us right away! Filled all 6 tires to the suggested factory air, and felt that the sensor was messed up. We will probably take it back in ( with an appointment this time!), to have them fix the the sensor issue.”

“The hubs replaced my bad tire with the spare, and then there was this awful banging. Long story short, brought it to Joe, who properly attached my spare and had me in the road within minutes. The ordered me a new tire! I’m a regular, however this review was a long time coming! Thankful they’re in my town !”
