“What can I say about The Forgotten Room? I was looking for a baptism gift and I was searching for something perfect. The Forgotten Room was recommended to me. As I entered, the familiar smell of patchouli brought me back to my childhood. I was greeted by a wonderful woman, Heather. She was so informative! It really is a beautiful shop with a West coast vibe! I felt like I finally found a locally-sourced, new-age store right up my alley. If you have anything spiritual you are looking for, look no further. The Forgotten Room was meant to be found. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Lacey. “Saved the day! Placed an order online and that was not delivered via another company on time and as promised. I called this location since it’s local to the recipient and Maria was so friendly and kind and 2 hours prior to closing she promised to deliver a fruit tray and a ballon. She did just that, not only did she put together a wonderful arrangement and delivered it she was also so honest and applied a discount and didn’t try to rip me off since I was in a pickle. I am so thankful there are truly wonderful people out there who care about customers and customer service and will be calling this store direct to place any future orders! Thanks again!”
