“I have been using the Lakewood Wine Academy Superstore for years. They have a great diversity of wines, spirits and beers. I have never been disappointed.
This December, I needed wine for a couple Christmas parties. The gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me select a wide variety of wines and varietals. I personally love Italian wines. I got a few bottles of Brunello di Montalcino. They were excellent. My wife’s favorites are Spanish. He again got me a very nice selection of Tempranillo and Rioja bottles. These were for my own use besides the case for the Christmas parties. I got a nice discount for getting a case+.
Just recently and the main reason for this review is the customer service I was afforded by a gentleman named Neev Chapani. I am also a big fan of tequilas. They had a tequila advertised, Cava de Oro. Unfortunately it was out of stock. I kept checking but it didn’t seem like it was coming back.
I emailed the Wine Academy to inquire if they were going to get it back in stock. Neev very quickly responded and said they were waiting for the supplier to restock. Neev went well beyond what most stores would do and frequently emailed me to keep me informed. He was happy to tell me that they had just received a new order but had not been able to get it on their website yet. He told me that it was available and I could get it then, before it made it to the App.
I have to praise Neev and the Wine Academy for their exceptional customer service! I will continue to patronize them. If you need a store with a great selection and salespeople who are more than willing to help, go to Wine Academy Superstore in Lakewood.”
“They got a good selection but I picked up tequila seltzer that is over 2 years old and tastes kinda funky idk why they kept it. just do not go to the spring clearance section other than that solid place”
“Recently, I ordered some store picks from out of state. Shipping was fast and packaging was great. One of the bottles was incorrect (multiple variants of this store pick so easy to mix up). Forbes insisted on sending the correct bottle and allowing me to keep the additional. Excellent customer service. Excellent online experience. Excellent store.”
“Will and his staff are absolutely amazing! The second you walk in your made to feel at home. No huge cases were everything is hidden away. Whether it be a bourbon hunt a date night bottle of wine or just a six pack this is your new local spot. He showed me that he curates multi-packs of craft beers there and took some time with me putting together a custom 4 pack of stouts. Amazing customer service and wonderful selection. 10/10 would suggest.”

“Small, not a huge selection but good prices if they carry the beer or wine you like. And they have a handful of the main brand names of most different liquors so I can usually find what I need there. Plus very convenient if you're shopping at Costco.”
“Good liquor store filled with a large selection of alcoholic beverages and a small snack selection area. Prices are fair and I use this store for my regular needs. They have a refrigerator across the whole back of the store with beer melt liquors, seltzer, champagne and some white wine as well. Many wines, liquors, cases of beer, premixed drinks, shooters, etc.. the store is a bit tight but I do not mind.”

“This is a nice place to shop for your adult beverages. It has a local vibe but, welcomes all who enter. They flawlessly navigated the irrational fears caused by the ridiculous plandemic and still provided service far above the other similar situated businesses in the area. Their prices are very competitive and they carry a decent selection of the various types of adult beverages in stock. In direct opposition and indifference to some "Johnson", the people operating and working at this store ALWAYS provides excellent customer service because they understand that a happy customer is one who will continue to patronize their establishment.”
