My niece and I went to the Lavallette branch, yesterday, Monday, February 5th, 2024 for help involved online banking. My niece lost her id from the DMV. We paid 10.00 for the duplicate and DMV texted the duplicate ID. The teller and manager wanted nothing to do with my niece and I. They refused to help us! There is nothing like the feeling of being discriminated against! If there are any PNC customers and would like help, please visit the PNC in Manchester! They are helpful, kind and compassionate! I hope the teller and manager are FIRED! P.S. I had to give it one star to leave my review!

The Branch manager Messina went above and beyond when PNC corporate was asking for information while i was traveling overseas and threatened to close my account. Messina took care of every aspect of the issue including contacting Corporates through email , filling out information as to my former, current employer , adding notes ,emailing corporate back again all while staying cool and professional.SHE CARES!Messina did not have to do what she did. She truly cared about my situation and did everything A-Z to accommodate me. She could train many other managers in any industry how to approach a upset customer, turning them into a grateful client. A+++

Very Disappointed. Needed a fee removed. And PNC selfishly refused to remove even under these hard times, during an international crisis. Fee was not even my fault. SELFISH BANK.

This banks computers and tellers think 2% of $50 is $2.00. I would be careful doing business with them. They don't know simple arithmetic!
