Totally messed up wife’s order of Philly Cheese Steak and fries. Fries were like stones. After they redid the order I asked for ketchup and was handed someone else’s meal.

They advertise no surcharge on their PNC ATM and then PNC charges you a fee. When told about the fee they tell you to call PNC.

I ordered online for speed and convenience. The orders are usually on the rack for pick up. After a couple of minutes waiting , I ask the young lady behind the counter, she says the order is with the cashier ? I wait in line with 6 others while a former employee holds up the line making jokes with the cashier. He attempts to ring it up, although it was paid in advance. The Mgr came over to show that it was paid for. A bad experience , but I was just going to chalk it up to a bad day for them. Unfortunately , the bad service was not over. When I get the kids meal home for him, the sandwich was not made the way it was ordered. so it was a big waste of time, and I have to go elsewhere to feed him. Most of us locals avoid the store in the Summer because it gets super busy. That can not be an excuse in the middle of December.
