The employees are nice but there's not enough of them and the items aren't always in stalk. Maybe I just have bad luck on when I go but that's not likely.

This PetSmart has an amazing doggy daycare. You can tell the staff loves animals. I walked in to pick up my dog and I found her in the lap of one of the best employees there. I was so happy to see this and made me feel even better about leaving her with them. Thank you for taking good care of her.
However the grooming service is sub-par, I paid 80+ for the furminator and my dog honestly looked the same as when I dropped her off. I asked for them to trim the paws, they neglected to do so, so I took her back and asked if she could get them quickly. I'm not sure if they look at notes you put in when booking. My dog gets fluffy when you brush and blow dry her and she didn't have that look! However, They politely took her back and they still didn't trim her paws, the hair was still sticking through. I gave up and left!
The Daycare is great the grooming salon is a no go for me.

Nice stuff, a bit expensive though. Bought some toys from here n my dog does not even care for them.

7month puppy who is fully vaccinated was diagnosed with kennel cough 3 days after being at the lawnside PetSmart doggie Day camp. He was there from 7am - 3:45pm. I'm going to assume other dogs now have it, but if you're looking into sending them there, be careful.

MS. LAUREN ( FISH DEPARTMENT) DID A GREAT JOB. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND MORE. I TOLD HER I AM NEW AT THIS. SO SHE GAVE ME LOTS OF GOOD ADVICE. Matched the online price. That made it easy to just go in and check out. I find that online usually always has what I am looking to buy cheaper or if you place an order online and pick it up in-store they give you a discount. They have always matched the price I show them with my phone from their website. Just a little heads up if going to shop here. Look up the item and see what it will cost if you do it that way. It's worked for me and saved me a lot of money so far.
