It was an average American Eagle store. Clothing selection was good and the store was clean. However, the staff here were rude and they made me want to order off of the app instead of go in again. Just moved here from TN and was excited to see this store, because mine at home closed down. Will not be visiting here again. Company is wonderful, staff here weren’t so

Tho the clothes are generally overpriced, I have to compliment the sales staff (an associate and the manager) for being so helpful and patient explaining the rewards program to me. I felt like the manager helped me get the best value for my purchase. Thanks!

I had such a good experience. I was looking for a gift for my daughter and Gianna was such a big help. She help me pick few nice jeans and shirts to match. My daughter love all the outfits she received.

One of the worst credit adjustments in history. Don’t ever get rolled over with a credit card/balance with AE Inc. They will triple the quote on you!

Every time I visit this store which is 1-2x a month this store is always low on stock on the dream Jean or regular next level/jegging black . Regular black jeans that are not ripped is extremely hard to find in THIS location. I’ve been to plenty other AE and haven’t had this problem. Most importantly the sales associate didn’t even offer to order them for me which at this point I would gladly said yes had she offered. You guys just lost a huge order due to your associate not seeming interested enough. I will never visit this location again. I’ve also noticed it’s not just that color that looks low on stock

The customer service was excellent. Vanessa made my shopping experience great and she was wonderful. Not only did she help me find what I was looking for but she aslo informed me on many other things such as credit card inquiries, sizing, and online matching. Would recommend this store to others.
