Location at the mall. Very friendly staff. Helped me locate items I was looking for. There was a deal for 6 sanitizes for $10. And buy 3 travel size get 1 free. Love how they keep the store smelling fresh and clean.

I had a good experience coming and browsing the store until i got to the cashier. I understand people have their off days but Debra should of communicated better to the customer before me instead of being rude. When Debra was ringing up my items, she was tossing the them into the bag and wanted me to click on yes for receiving updates on future promotions (she didn't explain why I had to click on yes, I read the terms prior) I told her I didn't want that and she insisted I click on yes so after I clicked on skip she brushed me off and said have a good day.

I was helped right away by a female in the front of the store and she did walk me over to the correct hand wash I wanted. She was really friendly. I also did have a great time checking out and the male who checked out the hand washes was really nice and friendly. I loved the staff at the store. It was also really neat and organized as well. It always great to have such a good experience at a store with such friendly employees and it was on 11/23 and it was busy but the atmosphere was great.

Just love B&B, they had some good promotions going on, got my 3 wick candle, some soaps bar, lotion and body scrub ..they launched a new scent when I visited and it was love at first smell.

My son and I visited to purchase a few items. Everytime that I looked up the white sales girl was popping up out of no where. The happened several times. Then when checking out the white cashier was very, very unpleasant with a touch of arrogance and ignorance.They're a bunch of miserable racists!! It's unfortunate because the products are great and I have money to spend.

I just left the mall and there was 10 mins to closing and one of the workers did not let me in. She said it was closed and I told her there was still 10 mins and I knew what I needed to buy….She said all registers were shut down. Terrible customer service! If you close at 8 it’s at 8 not 10 mins before!
