Was seen quickly at drop off by a polite and professional vehicle tech, and went over the desired services, and what they would check. They called me back promptly with some additional 100K recommendations, which I accepted. They also provided me with an estimate for a duplicate set of keys and fob with my final service bill, that I will purchase next time the vehicle is serviced at Ciocca. Vehicle ran noticeably better after fuel system cleaning service. Only issue is that the TPMS system was not reset (despite specifically requesting that) after rotating the tires (rear to front), so I had to do that myself after the fact. Overall however, very satisfied with all my Ciocca service appointments to date.

Do not custom order from this dealership. They will very likely try to jam you into a car that doesn’t have your specs you’ve ordered. Then, they try to blame it on the manufacturer it being their problem. There is a process to custom orders; if the parts aren’t in the manufacturer sends confirmation emails to make sure they can go ahead building the vehicle with the missing parts. They never let us know about these emails and decided to try to put us in a car saying we have to pay for THEIR screw up. Trying to charge double the parts already in our custom order to make extra money in the process. Never using this dealership again.

Waited two years to get my new corvette. When the car finally arrived, it was built incorrectly. All the panels that were supposed to be painted in carbon flash were painted body color, which is a huge visual difference in the vehicle. Instead of admitting to the mistake, the GM tried to have the sales person lie and blame it on the factory for not having the parts in stock. I explained to the sales person that if that were true, GM would have sent an email and he admitted that the order was not placed correctly. I told them to just have it fixed and we would be good to go and then came the next line of saying that it was not possible for them to fix the mistake. When I offered a simple solution of having the parts repainted in the correct color the sales person told me I would have to pay to fix the car for their screw up.

I purchased the Premier service package with my Bolt. that's a $2K pricetag. The service dept did an excellent job fixing the two recalls and the two minor problems. I was without a car for a full day and they did not offer a loaner, so be prepared.

There was a failure of communication. We got a text telling our car would be ready on Friday, showed up and there were no keys, so we are still waiting to actually receive the car.

I have been waiting for over a month for them to call me for my appointment to replace a part on my car. I called to check on the status of the part and they told me that it was ready and that they would call me to schedule my appointment. As of today, I am still waiting for them to schedule my appointment. I don't think anyone could do it better.

Ask for Jordan. Had a positive experience purchasing a car with his help. Jordan was very friendly and outgoing. Even though we negotiated for hours, we laughed the entire time. Highly recommend his services.
