Tech Steven was very professional and patient with this limited computer user. It was ready a day early and again a quick appointment. Two guys (sorry I didn't get their names) assisted me with professionalism and patience. This was easy, quick and painless (except for the price).”

“If you come to this store during the weekend, expect there to be insanely long lines. I would not come here on the weekend. Just like I would not come to Costco on the weekend either. However, if you come here during the week, or schedule an appointment online before you come in, the wait isn't terrible. The staff is knowledgeable. Plus, you can drop off your old electronics, monitors, etc here and they will take it from you free of charge. You do not need it to be an Apple device!”
