Picked up a cake here for Christmas, but they didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the shelf but Santa's elves (Costco employees), didn't let me down. As long as I was willing to wait for a bit, they would make me a new cake while I waited. what do I do while I wait?, I get a hot dog. The hot dog here comes in a seeded bun. I can't say I'm a fan of that, but I am a fan of the cakes here Costco again saves the day for me, and I'll be here again when I'm in the area.

Tire center prices for Bridgestone tires at Costco where the same as Firestone Service Center prices but Firestone would have installed my tires the same day. I purchased at Costco and it was a 2-week wait to have the tires put on my care.

Many lady employees at the Lawrenceville location are very rude. Some are very bossy although they are not your mom nor your boss. Does it hurt to be nice or something?

I visited this store for the first time last week. My mother, who is sick with Covid, sent me to pick her up some groceries. As I went to checkout, the employee at the self-checkout line stopped me, said he was a cop. This took me off-guard because he was clearly a Costco employee. He kept said that using someone else's membership card is just like driving without a license and kept saying "What do you have to say for yourself?" I explained that I was just buying groceries for my mother, who was at home, sick. He eventually got his manager and the manager let me buy the items after lecturing me for another 5 minutes. All the while they were holding up the self-checkout line. The brisket I purchased was not the best quality and tasted like it had been left out for days. It's safe to say I will not be returning to this store in the near future, and my parents are considering cancelling their membership. Be careful when shopping here, the employees take their job very seriously.

I had a bad experience during the process of joining the Costco on Quakerbridge Road. When the salesperson at the Membership desk came over, I specified that I wanted the Gold star membership ( I even pointed to it on the brochure that was on the counter. She then abruptly said "I am gonna finish explaining myself anyway"and proceeded to describe the Executive Membership (which costs twice as much). When I said a second time that I wanted the Gold star membership, she proceeded to explain the terms of the Executive membership a second time. Again, I let her know I wanted the Gold Star membership only. Perhaps, the salespeople at the desk are getting a commission for acquiring $120 Executive membership sign-ups; however, the immediate requests of customers should ALWAYS be honored. The salesperson also asked if I had previously been a member of Costco. When she saw that there had been a substantial time since I had decided to rejoin, she asked why. I then felt that I was being interrogated with regard to my personal choices. In summary, I found this salesperson to be rude, pushy, and impolite. The membership desk is where one would want customers get a positive first impression of the the business. In my case, this did not happen.

Great store and employees all seem very nice. However, the sheer volume of customers is pretty insane. The lines on the weekends roll all the way back of the store and sometimes wrap around. I avoid going because of this as it becomes pretty stressful shopping experience.

I was able to get my membership done very quickly and they were very helpful. Always a fan of the $1.50 hot dog and soda combo. Staff was very friendly and willing to help out. Had a few questions about hearing aids and although they couldn't help me at the store the staff went out of their way to get me info for a few places to try.

This is a large Costco that is well stocked. It has also been very busy each time we shopped here over the course of a week. Self checkout has a well-organized queue that feeds four banks of checkout stations.

I want to compliment the Costco team At Lawrenceville. I had lost my cell phone at the store. The team or a store customer found it and when I came in I was directed to the management stand where the phone was retrieved.

Dryer delivery men wouldn't hook up my appliance even though they brought the same venting set up as my current one. They said I needed a plastic, flexible vent and to call costco or bring the metal vent to the store for an exchange. The store doesn't deal with that and the operator said the installers said I had no venting system at all. Completely false. I tipped these joksters too. A new dryer I can't use. Costco is yet another retailer going downhill

Love this Costco! Parking lot is really big and it's easily accessed from the road. I find the inside always clean and they have lots of product. I rarely see any empty shelves. I was on the fence at first for buying a membership but after my first visit I had no regrets. The meat and produce is fresher then shop rite and lasts way longer. Even buying the food in bulk it's lasting longer then when we buy things at shop rite. Don't forget to check out the food court on the way out! My favorite is the churro and the hot dog and soda! It's dirt cheap and you can self order at the kiosk and they will call out your order number when it is ready!

Love Costco but also dislike Costco cause you can go broke in here. Haha. This location is a bit smaller than the other Costco I've been going to, but still hell alot of products to shop and browse. This location seems to be a bit busier and understaffed at the check out area. Normally there would be two associates working for one lane, but this location only has the cashier and no helper. Just like other locations, this Costco is clean. One thing that makes my trip today a bit different is an associate name Chris who took his time out to help me with an item that is still wrapped up on the crate above the shelf, instead of calling someone else and have me wait or ignored me. His action makes me feel welcome shopping there.

So disappointed In Their seafood selection. 1. No fresh salmon and 2. The king crab legs looked like twigs compared to last year (see pictures). I drove specifically for the crab legs and instead of getting huge ones like last year I got broken up chunks that weren't even full crab legs.
