I went to the store on 10/10/23 with my younger sister, my toddler ( in a mall stroller you rent), and myself. And this young teen or young adult 18 or 19 of age. She was following me, my sister, and my toddler. Young girl was criticizing me for my tattoos and my sister for the neck tattoos. We both noticed she kept following us towards the back part of the store. Cause my sister was interested in buying clothes their. And then we started speaking Spanish she was acting weird towards us after. By looking at us nasty. I noticed she was following us cause she thought we would steal. The young girl had dirty blonde hair. About 5'7" of height. I never felt so disrespected in my life. Being racial and byist towards us. For no reason and we wouldn't steal young lady. I work a job that pays $23.00 an hour. So we don't have to steal. I will be calling customer service to complain.

these girlies have no customer service and they don’t know how to respect customers how do they expect people to shop at the shop when they have no etiquette. I peeped th complaint about the manager Becca but they’re 10 times worse.

When returning an item, I was told it is now on sale at their store so they were only able to give me the sale price back to me instead of the full price I paid for the item. Said it was “a problem with their system”.

This is the best garage store I have ever walked into. Every employee greeted me with a big smile and was ready to help especially the manager BECCA! BECCA, the manager, herself went out of her way to get me a different sizes guided me through the store to find different items. I can tell the employees really love and respect her! Can't wait to visit the Quackerbridge Garage again!!

I went into garage and the employees greeted me and were super welcoming. The store was very clean, organized and I really enjoyed shopping here. Would definitely recommend shopping at this location! Super great employees that were very helpful!

absolutely the poorest management ever. the manager, BECCA is rude to employers. Do not consider working there. Head manager becca is disrespectful and rude to teenage workers. i see there are more reviews with the same concern, that concerns me even more for the workers. garage quackerbridge desperately needs a new manager. BECCA needs to be fired. justice for garage quackerbridge.

if i could do 0 stars, i would. wanna know why? we’ll just sit back, sip on your wine, and listen. for starters, i have always liked garage . they’re clothes and style are always what’s ‘in’. ‘ however, after an interaction with the manager BECCA! , i will no longer be ever shopping or supporting this store EVER again. Becca. you should be ashamed, treating teenagers working for YOU the way you do. prior family commitments are what is important. you should not support garage or at least this one because of the manager. BECCA. I think it’s pathetic. you are close at age of your workers ( teenagers ) yet treating them the way you do. becca should be fired. becca is an unacceptable manager and completely unfair and RUDE.

Management is extremely rude and confrontational, very poor communication, and a terrible example of what it’s like to join the working class. Would not recommend interviewing, working, or shopping there. Save yourself the time, money, and energy.

The store is very nice but the management makes it impossible to even consider working there. I feel horrible for the employees that already have been suffering for who knows how long. Consider me no longer a customer until new management is appointed.
